Overview
Media Partnerships Senior Manager
We are hiring a Media Partnerships Senior Manager to play a leading role in shaping innovative, integrated partnership campaigns for some of the UK's most exciting brands. This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking, commercial expertise and creative problem-solving to deliver impactful partnerships that drive measurable results for clients. Working closely with clients, media owners and internal teams, you'll help unlock new opportunities, build lasting relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the business.What you'll be doing
- Lead the development and delivery of integrated partnership campaigns across content, sponsorship, brand partnerships, audio, social, AV, experiential activity and product placement.
- Create strategic partnership recommendations that align with client objectives, KPIs and long-term growth ambitions.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients, agency teams, media owners and partners to identify new opportunities and maximise campaign impact.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership structures that deliver value for clients while supporting business growth.
- Oversee campaign execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a consistently high standard.
- Use campaign insights and performance data to provide recommendations that improve future activity and strengthen client outcomes.
- Support wider business objectives by contributing proactive ideas, sharing market insights and promoting the value of partnerships across the organisation.
Skills we're looking for
- Experience developing and delivering integrated media partnerships across multiple channels and platforms.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate client objectives into effective partnership solutions.
- Commercial awareness and confidence in negotiating agreements that create value for both clients and partners.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with experience managing multiple priorities successfully.
- Confidence using data, insights and performance measurement to inform recommendations and decision-making.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and developing others.
