We bring to life a Brighter Way in all that we do by seeking better, smarter, more innovative ways of working. We approach our work in a warmer, more optimistic, and inclusive way.

JLL is a global leader in helping clients envision where people will live, work, play, shop, and eat.

What this opportunity involves:

JLL's FM on Demand (FMOD) team is seeking experienced and adaptable Facilities Managers to join our casual resourcing pool across Australia. In this dynamic role, you will be deployed across a diverse range of corporate client sites on a flexible, as-needed basis, stepping in to provide leave coverage, transition support, or short-to-medium-term account assistance. Because you will move across different accounts and client environments, you will get to experience how we choose to take the more inspiring, innovative, and optimistic path on our journey toward success. This unique opportunity allows you to manage site operations and build strong relationships while enjoying true flexibility. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way — for our clients, ourselves, and our fellow employees, ensuring that every transition is seamless and every managed environment thrives.

An overview of the role:

  • Act as the primary on-site representative managing facilities operations and fostering positive client relationships.
  • Oversee planned preventative maintenance schedules and coordinate swift resolutions for reactive works.
  • Supervise third-party contractors and coordinate vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure complete compliance with site safety regulations, standard operating procedures, and lease obligations.
  • Support financial administration by tracking budgets, managing invoices, and compiling accurate reports.
  • Conduct thorough property inspections and generate detailed, professional inspection reports.
  • Utilize and maintain facility management systems, such as Corrigo, to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Adapt quickly to new client environments and collaborate with diverse teams to keep operations running smoothly, because we believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive.

Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:

  • Five or more years of experience in facilities management or a closely related commercial property operations role.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt rapidly and work autonomously across diverse client environments with minimal onboarding.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills to build trust quickly.
  • Proven track record in managing contractors, preventative maintenance, and site safety compliance.
  • A valid driver's licence and the flexibility and willingness to travel to various client sites as required.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in facilities management, property, or a technical trade discipline are preferred.
  • Proficiency in utilizing advanced computer-aided facility management (CAFM) systems, with Corrigo experience highly regarded.
  • Experience working within multinational corporate environments or managing diverse commercial real estate portfolios is advantageous.
  • A desire to embrace more innovative ways of working while prioritizing opportunities to strengthen and advance your career.

Benefits:

  • Great employee discounts off fitness, wellbeing & other renowned brands
  • Private Health Insurance Discounts
  • Active Social Club
  • Employee assistant program
  • Novated Lease for EV cars
  • Career Opportunities with Australia's #1 Commercial Real Estate firm
  • Premium offices
