Description

Job Type:

Regular

Work Location:

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport - DFW Airport, TX 75261

Overview:

2020 Companies is now hiring a Program Management & Implementation (PMI) Manager

The Program Management & Implementation (PMI) Manager supports the successful planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects and programs across the organization. This role provides cross-functional visibility into project timelines, resource requirements, operational dependencies, and potential risks to ensure projects are positioned for successful delivery.

Working closely with Account Management, Project Coordination, Field Operations, Scheduling, Training, Quality Assurance, and other internal stakeholders, the PMI Manager helps align project execution with operational capacity and business priorities.

Unlike traditional Project Managers who focus on individual project deliverables, the PMI Manager maintains a broader view of concurrent projects, identifies potential conflicts, coordinates shared resources, and supports consistent operational processes.

Our Benefits:

  • Paid weekly
  • Work remotely, from home
  • Health/Dental/Vision benefits
  • 401K Program with matching
  • Paid Time Off
  • Paid Holidays
  • Partial mobile reimbursement
  • Scholarship opportunities for employees and direct family members
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Leadership Development Program
  • Employees' special pricing for multiple clients

Job Description:

  • Maintain a consolidated view of active and upcoming projects, including key milestones, launch dates, resource requirements, and dependencies
  • Coordinate with Account Managers, Project Coordinators, and operational teams to support project readiness and successful implementation
  • Identify scheduling conflicts, overlapping project requirements, and potential resource constraints
  • Support cross-functional planning meetings, documenting decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines
  • Monitor program-level timelines and proactively escalate risks that could affect multiple projects

Resource & Capacity Coordination

  • Partner with Field Operations, Scheduling, Training, and other departments to understand available resources and upcoming demands
  • Track resource requirements across concurrent projects to identify capacity concerns and competing priorities
  • Support operational leadership in evaluating workload distribution and prioritization
  • Provide visibility into anticipated resource needs to support staffing and execution planning

Risk Management & Issue Resolution

  • Identify operational risks, project dependencies, and potential execution bottlenecks before they impact delivery
  • Maintain centralized risk, issue, and action-item trackers
  • Coordinate cross-functional follow-up to ensure issues are assigned, addressed, and resolved
  • Escalate unresolved risks or conflicting priorities to the appropriate leadership team
  • Track recurring operational challenges and recommend opportunities for improvement

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

  • Develop and maintain program-level dashboards, trackers, and status reports
  • Consolidate project updates into clear summaries of operational readiness, risks, resource constraints, and upcoming milestones
  • Provide timely updates to operational leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ensure key project information is accurate, accessible, and consistently maintained
  • Support leadership meetings with relevant program metrics, action items, and follow-up documentation

Process Improvement & Standardization

  • Support the development and maintenance of standardized project readiness checklists, workflows, templates, and procedures
  • Identify opportunities to reduce duplicated effort, improve handoffs, and strengthen communication between departments
  • Partner with operational leadership to implement process improvements and track adoption
  • Support lessons-learned reviews and incorporate findings into future planning
  • Promote consistent use of established project management tools and operational processes

Qualifications:

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, operations, implementation, or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines

Preferred

  • Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects or large-scale operational programs
  • Familiarity with field operations, retail merchandising, scheduling, or distributed workforce environments
  • Experience with Airtable, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar project management platforms
  • Familiarity with resource planning, capacity management, and operational performance reporting

  • Planning & Prioritization
  • Operational Awareness
  • Proactive Risk Identification
  • Analytical Thinking
