Description
Wilson is building a more connected, disciplined, and scalable commercial operating system. We are looking for a Revenue Technology & Enablement Manager to own the architecture, governance, adoption, and continuous improvement of the technology ecosystem that powers demand generation, pipeline creation, sales execution, client growth, and revenue visibility.
You will sit at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Demand Generation, Growth and ABM, Sales, Client Growth, Delivery, Data, and Technology. You will translate our revenue operating model into practical systems, workflows, intelligence, automation, data standards, and user experiences that help commercial teams prioritize the right accounts, engage buying groups, progress opportunities, improve conversion, retain clients, and grow revenue.
HubSpot is our core CRM and marketing system of record. 6sense is a key account-intelligence, intent, prioritization, and activation platform. You will ensure these platforms and the broader revenue technology stack work together as a governed, connected, measurable, and adopted ecosystem.
THE MANDATE
Own the revenue technology architecture and enablement layer that powers Wilson’s demand, pipeline, and client-growth engine.
Translate the revenue operating model into a governed, connected, measurable, and adopted GTM ecosystem. Ensure HubSpot, as the core CRM and marketing system of record, 6sense, as the account-intelligence and activation layer, and the wider revenue stack enable Marketing, BDRs, Sales, Client Growth, Delivery, and leaders to identify the right accounts, engage buying groups, progress opportunities, improve client outcomes, and make better commercial decisions.
Ensure the revenue technology ecosystem improves speed, conversion, seller productivity, data reliability, visibility, technology adoption, and commercial accountability without adding unnecessary complexity.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Revenue technology strategy, target architecture, roadmap, vendor portfolio, and investment priorities under the Director of Revenue Operations.
- HubSpot architecture across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Operations Hub, including CRM objects, lifecycle stages, pipelines, properties, permissions, workflows, automation, routing, and reporting foundations.
- 6sense operating design and adoption across account universes, ICP and account scoring, intent, buying-stage insight, audiences, orchestration, seller workflows, and measurement.
- Lead and account routing, qualification, lifecycle progression, handoffs, service-level agreements, ownership logic, and conversion-control architecture.
- The business architecture for integrations connecting HubSpot, 6sense, and the wider demand, sales, data, enablement, and client-growth ecosystem.
- AI-enabled automation across data capture, enrichment, prioritization, routing, follow-up, opportunity progression, seller productivity, and workflow efficiency.
- Sales and marketing enablement systems, role-based adoption, workflow adherence, training standards, release governance, and in-tool guidance.
- Revenue-data governance across configuration, definitions, ownership, access, data quality, lineage, auditability, retention, privacy, and change control.
- Technology adoption, platform health, license utilization, vendor value, technology ROI, and continuous improvement.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain the RevTech roadmap aligned to revenue priorities, operating-model maturity and measurable outcomes.
- Own HubSpot architecture across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub and Operations Hub, including the account, contact, campaign, lead and opportunity data model.
- Own 6sense operating design across account universes, segments, scoring, intent, audiences, workflows and adoption.
- Design and govern lead and account routing, round-robin and territory logic, exceptions, reassignment, escalation and SLA monitoring.
- Implement lead-lifecycle architecture from capture and qualification through MQL/MQA, Sales acceptance, opportunity creation, nurture, reactivation and disqualification.
- Identify conversion leakage and optimize stages, scoring, routing, follow-up, handoffs and automation using funnel evidence.
- Define system boundaries, integration principles, source-of-truth rules, data movement and change-control standards.
- Design and continuously optimize automation for enrichment, deduplication, progression, activation, follow-up and opportunity management.
- Build governed AI workflows with monitoring, human review, privacy, security and measurable performance controls.
- Partner with Demand Generation, Growth & ABM and Product Marketing on audiences, campaigns, buying groups, activation and attribution.
- Provide architecture and governance to the RevOps & Systems Manager, who owns daily administration, configuration, QA, user support and deployment.
- Monitor adoption, platform health, integration failures, data quality, license utilization and technology ROI.
THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Led revenue technology architecture or commercial systems strategy in a complex B2B organization with long sales cycles and multi-stage funnels.
- Deep hands-on HubSpot expertise across CRM and marketing, including data models, lifecycle stages, workflows, permissions, integrations and reporting foundations.
- Designed and governed lead and account routing at scale, including assignment logic, territory and capacity rules, round-robin distribution, exceptions, SLAs, reassignment and performance monitoring.
- Owned lead lifecycle and conversion optimization across capture, qualification, scoring, MQL/MQA, Sales acceptance, opportunity creation, nurture, recycling, reactivation and disqualification.
- Used funnel and cohort evidence to diagnose leakage and improve lead response, stage conversion, speed-to-opportunity and pipeline progression.
- Implemented or materially governed 6sense or a comparable ABM and revenue-intelligence platform, with evidence of adoption and commercial use.
- Designed integrations across CRM, marketing automation, account intelligence, enrichment, sales engagement, BI and data platforms.
- Built and optimized AI-enabled and workflow automation across research, enrichment, scoring, routing, nurture, follow-up, data quality and seller productivity.
- Established AI governance, including use-case approval, data and privacy controls, human review, monitoring, failure handling and business-value standards.
- Established enterprise data governance for CRM and marketing data, including definitions, ownership, access, validation, duplication, lineage, retention, audit standards and change control.
- Translated revenue processes into durable architecture, automation, controls and documentation rather than isolated point solutions.
- Built enablement programs that improves adoption, process compliance, seller productivity or campaign execution.
- Can demonstrate quantified impact such as faster lead response, improved routing accuracy, higher conversion, reduced manual work, stronger adoption, lower technology cost or better data reliability.
- Comfortable operating strategically with senior stakeholders while remaining close enough to review designs, diagnose issues and challenge technical recommendations.
- Advanced HubSpot experience across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub and Operations Hub, plus 6sense ownership across intent, scoring, segments, orchestration and seller adoption.
- Experience with APIs, middleware, automation platforms, data warehouses, BI tools and AI workflow design.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to explain architecture, governance and trade-offs to business and technical audiences.
HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Experience in RPO, talent solutions, staffing, workforce solutions, professional services, consulting, outsourcing, or another complex B2B services environment.
- Experience supporting global or multi-region commercial teams.
- HubSpot certifications or equivalent demonstrated platform depth.
- 6sense certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise in account intelligence, intent, segmentation, and activation.
- Experience integrating intent data, enrichment, sales engagement, enablement, BI, marketing automation, and data platforms in a global commercial environment.
- Experience working in a high-growth, transformation, investor-backed, or private-equity environment.
- Experience supporting Account-Based Marketing, enterprise sales, pre-RFP engagement, account prioritization, or multi-stakeholder buying-group motions.
THE LEADERSHIP PROFILE
- Architect and operator: able to design the future state and inspect the workflow, object model or integration personally.
- Process-led, not tool-led: solves the commercial problem before selecting or configuring technology.
- Governed but pragmatic: creates enough control to scale without slowing the business unnecessarily.
- Commercially credible: connects architecture decisions to pipeline, productivity, conversion, risk and cost.
- Optimization-minded: treats routing, lifecycle, automation and AI as measurable systems that must continuously improve.
