Requirements:
Must-Haves (Essential):
- Experience: 5+ years of experience across Product Management, Business Analysis, Technology Consulting, or Product Delivery.
- End-to-End Delivery: A demonstrated track record of taking initiatives from initial concept through discovery, build, launch, and measurement.
- Analytical & Data Capability: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interrogate data, identify trends, and back decisions with clear evidence.
- Roadmap & Agile Execution: Proven experience building actionable roadmaps and working alongside software development teams in an iterative environment.
- Thriving in Ambiguity: Highly comfortable with fast-changing environments, proactive in tackling undefined problems, and able to create order out of complexity.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; capable of building trust, challenging perspectives constructively, and aligning diverse stakeholders.
- Mobility: Willingness and flexibility to travel across Africa when required.
Nice-to-Haves (Beneficial):
- Direct product experience within Financial Services, FinTech, Micro-lending, or Emerging Markets.
- Hands-on SQL proficiency and direct experience with data querying tools.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
