Position Summary You will lead the technical vision and delivery for digital marketing platforms at scale. You will work with product owners, engineers, enterprise architects and business partners to design secure, reliable and reusable solutions. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Define and own the target architecture, reference patterns and governance for digital marketing platforms. - Translate business needs into technical roadmaps for customer data, campaign orchestration, digital asset management and analytics. - Lead technology evaluations, proofs of concept and vendor selection for marketing platforms and integrations. - Work with engineering teams to ensure designs meet security, compliance and performance requirements. - Guide reuse and simplification across the application portfolio to reduce cost and operational effort. - Mentor architects and engineers, and support cross-team alignment during delivery and transition to operations. Responsibilities - Collaborate with product and commercial teams to prioritise capabilities that deliver measurable customer and business value. - Create clear architecture artefacts, standards and decision records that are accessible to technical and non-technical audiences. - Ensure integrations between marketing platforms, CRM and analytics are robust, scalable and maintain data privacy controls. - Drive adoption of modern cloud native approaches, API-led integration and platform automation where appropriate. - Partner with security, compliance and operations to manage risk and meet regulatory expectations. - Monitor architecture health and technical debt; propose practical refactoring and migration plans. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 12+ years of experience in technical roles with at least 5 years in enterprise or solution architecture for digital marketing or customer platforms. - Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms, tag management or similar customer data solutions. - Proven experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and API-based integrations. - Experience working in regulated environments and applying security and privacy controls. - Strong stakeholder management skills and experience collaborating with product, engineering and vendor teams. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, or similar marketing suites. - Knowledge of analytics and measurement platforms, CDP/CDM implementation patterns and identity resolution. - Familiarity with AI/ML use cases in marketing, including model governance and vector search patterns. - Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code. - Background in technical leadership, mentoring and building architecture capability in teams. - Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks or cloud vendor certifications. Working model This role is based in India and operates in a hybrid working model. You will be expected to work on-site as needed for collaboration, stakeholder meetings and key delivery milestones.
