The things that are really (really) important
- Being able to meet our customer service standards and targets. We take our customer experience very seriously
- Taking the initiative to identify and solve customer issues using the techniques we provide you in training
Working in 8 hour shifts, you will be working on a rotational roster between 8am and 12am, Monday to Sunday, and public holidays.
We require all candidates to commit to working 37.5 hours per week (full time hours).
