Transfer Pricing Associate

Your Mission: 

Your career with PwC is what you make it. As our new Transfer Pricing Associate, you will: 

• Assist in the preparation of Local Files, Master Files and other transfer pricing documentation. 

• Support transfer pricing analyses relating to cross-border intra-group transactions. 

• Assist in performing functional analyses, including the assessment of functions, assets and risks. 

• Support benchmarking studies and economic analyses. 

• Gather and analyse financial, operational and commercial information from clients. 

• Support transfer pricing compliance and disclosure engagements. 

• Monitor developments in transfer pricing legislation, OECD guidance and Maltese tax regulations. 

• Work closely with colleagues in Malta and across the PwC network. 

• About You: 

We’re looking for someone who: 

• Holds an education to at least a degree level. 

• Possesses between 1 to 3 years or more of relevant experience in a similar role or have a keen interest in specialising in transfer pricing.  

• Has strong project management and delivery skills, with the ability to perform under minimal supervision in changing environments. 

• Demonstrates excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is required) 

• Possesses strong time management skills, including the flexibility to work with shifting priorities and client needs. 

• Brings a unique perspective and values collaboration. 

• Is eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to a diverse team. 

• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.
