Description
We’re seeking analysts to join our Technology Division for the Technology Analyst Program. This program is designed as an opportunity to learn more about the role that Technology plays within the Firm. This structured program is designed to give analysts insight into this division and an opportunity to develop and master the analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills needed to develop an exciting and rewarding career. The training will continue throughout the course of the program with structured learning sessions run by senior executives.

Technology Analyst Program (TAP)
The program has been designed to develop highly motivated technologists who partner with the business to solve complex problems through technology. The program aims to deliver technically proficient campus hires to their teams quickly and continues to develop both their technical and professional skillsets over a 3‐year, milestone‐based experience to foster increased engagement and continuous career development.
The program covers technology training as well as an overview of the financial services industry. The training is conducted by highly skilled instructors and covers a vast breadth of subjects, including Unix, Windows,
Java, Spring framework, object-oriented analysis and design, software engineering best practices, secure programming, testing, DevOps, Databases, middleware, messaging, systems architecture, containerization and orchestration, system integration and Firm-specific tools. There are also senior manager presentations and professional skills workshops along the way as well, to provide you with a well-rounded experience.
What you’ll bring to the role:
• Interest and aptitude for technology coupled with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding academic record along with success in summer jobs, internships, and extracurricular activities, along with strong communication skills and the zeal to work in a collaborative environment.
• Experience in at least one of the programming languages among Java/C++/C# /C, strong hold on algorithms and data structures, and also have knowledge of OOPS and Unix.
