As a Technology Specialist Senior within PNC's CTO SRC First Response organization, you will be based in Dallas, TX.

Job duties include:

 Monitor, maintain and support systems and software to ensure stability and compliance with technology standards.
 Performs maintenance, including installation of patches and upgrades.
 Incident detection, resolution, and/or escalation. Participation in root cause analysis, correction and prevention.
 Monitors systems availability, performance, and capacity against baseline metrics and reports trends.
 Develops in depth knowledge of supported systems and applications.
 Performs application governance, such as required attestations, continuity testing, impact analysis, responding to audit/regulatory inquiries and complying with technology standards

Job Description

• Administers, executes processes/procedures and addresses issues for products and services supported in Technology Infrastructure. May support analysis and report generation, exception processing and service management. Implements new products, services, and operational solutions as well as augments existing capabilities.
• Performs advanced administration requiring sound and thorough knowledge of specified operational products /services.
• Provides technical operational, analytical and research support to technical teams through both written and verbal communications.
• Drives incident resolution and root cause analysis of production problems.
• Develops and maintains technical, operational and service procedures, as well as process workflows for operational/applications teams.
