Qualification, Knowledge & Academic requirements:
Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering preferred.
More than 3 years of experience in Quality.
Conversational level of technical English.
Great problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills.
Ability to travel 25% of time (including international).
Lead Teams.
Have a solid knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of Engineering Standards (Quality Tools)
Knowledge of Statistical Analysis.
Experience requirements:
Advanced experience in HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS, mechanical and electronics.
Expert in RCA methods, 8Ds, A3, Core Tools.
Practical experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Handling of statistical software WinSPS, Minitab.
Lead Teams.
Establish and maintain rapport with the team, through communication and proactivity within the organization.
Track multiple projects simultaneously to ensure compliance with Milwaukee Tool's schedule and process.
Follow up Quality related activities in all production lines.
