Pinehurst Country Club is seeking a reliable, skilled, and versatile Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the club's equipment and

structures. This position is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance duties across carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems, and delivering

premier country club experience while upholding Pinehurst Country Club's

standards of excellence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform regular and emergency maintenance repairs on the club grounds.
• Perform simple electrical duties and responsibilities.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and club facilities.
• Effectively read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Collaborate and perform a variety of projects associated with building maintenance.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools and materials.
• Perform mechanical skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, with good troubleshooting skills.
• Comply with OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform additional job responsibilities as needed.
• Follow all club policies, safety procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications

• One year of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic carpentry preferred.
• Knowledge of repairing various building applications and plumbing fixture repairs preferred.
• Electrical background preferred; HVAC knowledge a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Available to work holiday and overtime hours as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach, lift, and bend.
• Ability to work in a moderate noise level environment.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Available to work holiday and overtime hours as needed.
