Description

Job Descriptions :

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior management, including both corporate and personal matters.
  • Serve as the key liaison and resource person for the department.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings.
  • Screen calls, manage correspondence, and handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
  • Prepare and coordinate meeting materials, minutes of meetings, reports, presentations, and memoranda.
  • Maintain an efficient filing and document management system to ensure proper safekeeping and retrieval of records.
  • Monitor and follow up on action items, reports, and departmental deliverables.
  • Perform general administrative functions and support day-to-day office operations.
  • Conduct basic research, data analysis, and report preparation as required.
  • Provide support on official and personal administrative matters, including banking transactions, petty cash, bill payments, insurance matters, and other related tasks.
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders professionally and effectively.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and maintain professional conduct in all interactions.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Management, or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant supporting senior management.
  • Excellent command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to identify and escalate urgent matters appropriately.
  • Possess a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
