We are looking for a Modern Endpoint Engineer – Senior Associate to support the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise endpoint services across Windows, iOS, and macOS devices.
You will work with Service Owners, Managed Service Providers, vendors, and global technology teams to deliver reliable endpoint solutions, resolve complex technical issues, and improve the overall end-user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, implement, and support Modern Endpoint Management solutions across Windows, iOS, and macOS devices.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for endpoint processes, systems, and services.
- Provide Level 3 operational support and manage technical issues and escalations.
- Serve as the first escalation point for Managed Service Providers.
- Monitor service performance and ensure compliance with established standards and service-level commitments.
- Coordinate with vendors and technology partners to resolve complex issues.
- Support infrastructure processes, including change, work, and problem management.
- Participate in strategic and operational technology projects.
- Maintain technical documentation, processes, and support procedures.
- Provide off-hours support when required for a globally distributed team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of three years of experience supporting a global, enterprise-level technology service.
- Experience in Endpoint and Desktop Management, including systems design, implementation, and support.
- Broad knowledge of infrastructure-related technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong user-centric and design-thinking approach.
- Ability to understand and assimilate new information quickly.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with globally dispersed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Managed Service Providers.
- Experience providing guidance or mentorship to junior team members.
- Knowledge of Product Strategy or User Experience modelling.
- Microsoft and/or JAMF certifications are an advantage.
