What are you going to do?

As our new Global Director Innovation, Products and Services, you will lead Ayvens’ global strategy across Product Management, Consultancy & Business Intelligence, and Innovation. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mobility by driving business growth, strengthening market leadership, and accelerating innovation across our international organization.

Leading a multidisciplinary global team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive vision that aligns market intelligence, consulting expertise, innovation initiatives, and product development. You will work closely with executive leadership and country organizations to ensure strategic priorities are translated into tangible business results, while fostering collaboration, operational excellence, and customer-centricity.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining and executing the global strategy and roadmap for key mobility and leasing products, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

• Managing and optimizing the global product portfolio, including Light Commercial Vehicle and Electric Vehicle offerings, while driving profitability, adoption, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Leading the global Consultancy & Business Intelligence function, developing data-driven methodologies, analytics frameworks, and advisory capabilities that position Ayvens as a trusted strategic partner to clients.

• Creating and delivering the global innovation strategy, overseeing the development and scaling of next-generation mobility solutions such as eMSP, Mobility as a Service, connected vehicle solutions, car-sharing initiatives, and other emerging mobility services.

• Identifying market trends, disruptive technologies, and new business models to ensure Ayvens remains at the forefront of the evolving mobility ecosystem.

• Building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients, partners, industry bodies, and technology providers while representing Ayvens at industry events and thought leadership forums.

• Leading and developing a high-performing global team, driving collaboration across countries and functions, and ensuring the achievement of financial, operational, and strategic objectives.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate is a highly strategic and commercially minded leader with extensive experience in innovation, product management, consulting, and business transformation within a global environment. You combine strong business acumen with exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to inspire and lead diverse international teams.

You will have:

• More than 15 years of senior leadership experience in innovation, product strategy, consulting, mobility, automotive leasing, or corporate transformation.

• Proven success in defining and implementing complex global strategies and influencing senior executives across multinational organizations.

• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with a track record of driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

• Deep expertise in mobility, automotive leasing, sustainable transportation solutions, and emerging digital ecosystems.

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment across global and local teams, clients, and external partners.

• Demonstrated experience in leading international, multidisciplinary teams and fostering a culture of high performance, innovation, and collaboration.

• A Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Innovation Management, or a related field.

• Willingness and ability to travel internationally within a global business environment.

• Fluent English is required.
