The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for Island Club Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Island Club Manager oversees all aspects of member and guest services, delivering exceptional, personalized experiences that enhance engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty. This role leads daily Island Club operations, supports Golf Operations, builds strong member relationships, and ensures the highest standards of hospitality, service, and operational excellence in a luxury resort environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Deliver personalized service to Island Club members and resort guests by coordinating dining, activities, golf tee times, transportation, and special requests while building strong member relationships
Manage Island Club and Golf Operations administration, including reservations, guest profiles, memberships, tee time requests, and member communications
Maintain expert knowledge of membership benefits and guidelines, ensuring compliance and prompt resolution of member and guest concerns
Oversee Island Club pool operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, stocked amenities, and coordination with resort departments to uphold service standards
Support Golf Operations through tee time management, forecaddie services, golf clinics, member engagement activities, and VIP golf experiences as directed
Assist with retail operations, merchandise receiving, and inventory support while collaborating across departments to deliver a seamless member experience

WHAT TO BRING
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States (unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at another Four Seasons location as they may qualify for a L-1 Visa sponsorship)
The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
Hawaii Driver’s Abstract is required for this role
PGA Membership Preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 35lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or providing an exceptional guest experience. Experience in a golf or resort environment preferred.
