Responsibilities
Performs clinical imaging procedures to include echocardiography where qualified at a technical level notrequiring constant supervision. Responsible for maintaining the uniform operation of the department byperforming a broad range of duties.Receives and processes necessary patient information, Uses independent judgment and initiative to performimaging exams according to policy while assuring patient safety, comfort and protection. Assists the radiologistand attending physician. Communicates effectively and appropriately, works efficiently and productively,maintains a clean and safe environment by demonstrating proper use and care of equipment. Reflects a caringattitude for patients, visitors, and employees. Stays abreast of changes in their profession or discipline throughcontinuing education programs.
Qualifications
1. ARRT Licensure or ADRMS registered2. Expected to take call in any area after the completions of competency requirements are met.3. CPR certification.
