Location: Makati
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal IT applications and digital solutions that support business operations.
- Collaborate with audit, tax, advisory, and corporate stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and maintain the product backlog based on business value.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, QA teams, UX designers, and vendors to deliver high-quality technology solutions using Agile methodologies.
- Review and prioritize user stories, define acceptance criteria, and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement to ensure successful product delivery.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, identify enhancement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement to maximize business value.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, project management, or a similar IT role, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), product lifecycle management, and requirements management.
- Experience with Agile and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
