About the Role

Captain, One-Ninety Bar

At One-Ninety Bar, every guest interaction is an opportunity to create something memorable.

As a Captain, you will play a key role in delivering refined, intuitive, and personalised service in an elegant bar setting. More than guiding guests through food and beverage selections, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, build genuine connections, and ensure every visit feels polished, effortless, and exceptional.

This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who take pride in service excellence, enjoy engaging with discerning guests, and aspire to grow within a world-class luxury hospitality brand.

What You Will Do

You will deliver seamless and memorable guest experiences by providing attentive, knowledgeable, and thoughtful service throughout the dining journey. With a strong understanding of the menu, beverage list, and daily specials, you will confidently guide guests through their experience and anticipate their needs before they are expressed.

Working closely with the culinary and service teams, you will help ensure every service is executed with precision, warmth, and professionalism. You will build meaningful guest relationships, contribute to a strong team culture, and uphold the exceptional standards of quality, presentation, and hospitality.

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year of Food & Beverage service experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality brand or premium dining environment

• A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences through intuitive and personalised service

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and guest engagement

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build rapport with guests and colleagues

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• A collaborative mindset, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality

• Enthusiasm to learn, grow, and build your career within a world-class luxury brand
