Description
Finance Specialist
Location: Onsite – Houston, TX
Job Responsibilities
- Review and reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR) records.
- Process Accounts Payable (AP), including invoices, freight, customs duties, petty cash, and employee expense reports.
- Prepare and process payments through U.S. banking systems.
- Manage company bank accounts and assist with cash management.
- Support other accounting and finance tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of accounting, finance, treasury, or related experience.
- Experience with multinational companies, foreign banks, or the electronics manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
- Willing to travel as needed
