Proven experience successfully leading teams and managing project budgets/timelines is required.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and adept at generating comprehensive technical reports.Core Attributes: Action-oriented, detail-driven, and highly analytical. Must possess excellent communication skills to present effectively to internal stakeholders and global customers.
