As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans for assigned pharmaceutical brands, driving sustainable business growth, leading successful product launches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to achieve commercial objectives across ethical and drugstore channels.

Job Description

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Develop and implement annual brand strategies and marketing plans for assigned products to achieve sales, market share, and profitability objectives.

• Lead the planning and execution of new product launches, ensuring strong market penetration and sustainable growth.

• Analyze market dynamics, customer insights, competitive activities, and product performance to identify opportunities and implement corrective actions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, customers, and other key stakeholders to support brand growth.

• Drive brand-building initiatives and oversee the development of promotional campaigns and materials in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Develop product positioning, key messages, and training programs to enable effective sales force execution.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Tender, and other cross-functional teams to deliver business priorities.

• Manage and optimize the assigned advertising and promotion (A&P) budget to ensure effective resource allocation and return on investment.

What you'll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Management, or Marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Proven experience developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing plans.

• Experience leading or supporting new product launches in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively influence internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

• Fluent or working proficiency in written and spoken English.
