ความรับผิดชอบของงาน

* ให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อต่างๆ เช่น สินเชื่อส่วนบุคคล สินเชื่อธุรกิจ หรือสินเชื่อที่อยู่อาศัยแก่ลูกค้า
* วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการเงินของลูกค้า ประเมินความสามารถในการชำระหนี้ และแนะนำวงเงินสินเชื่อที่เหมาะสม
* ดำเนินการตามกระบวนการขอสินเชื่อ ตั้งแต่การรวบรวมเอกสาร การตรวจสอบข้อมูล ไปจนถึงการอนุมัติสินเชื่อ
* สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า เพื่อสร้างความไว้วางใจและส่งเสริมการใช้บริการในระยะยาว
* ติดตามและประเมินผลการดำเนินงานของสินเชื่อที่ปล่อยไป เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าลูกค้าปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไข
* ศึกษาและทำความเข้าใจผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อใหม่ๆ และนโยบายของบริษัทอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
* บรรลุเป้าหมายการขายและเป้าหมายอื่นๆ ที่กำหนดโดยบริษัท
* ให้ข้อมูลที่เป็นประโยชน์แก่ลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับอัตราดอกเบี้ย เงื่อนไขการชำระคืน และค่าธรรมเนียมต่างๆ

คุณสมบัติ

* วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
* มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านสินเชื่อ หรืองานบริการลูกค้าในสถาบันการเงินอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
* มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อประเภทต่างๆ และกระบวนการขอสินเชื่อเป็นอย่างดี
* มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีเยี่ยม
* มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าได้
* สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการเงินและตัดสินใจภายใต้สถานการณ์ที่มีความซับซ้อนได้
* มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ซื่อสัตย์ และมีจริยธรรมในการทำงาน
* สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและบรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนดได้
* สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ดี (Microsoft Office)
