Como Practicante del área de Gestión Humana, te unirás a un equipo dinámico, brindando apoyo en procesos clave del ciclo de talento humano dentro de la organización. Tendrás la oportunidad de fortalecer tus competencias profesionales mediante la participación en actividades de selección de practicantes, afiliaciones, bienestar, formación y desarrollo organizacional, así como en procesos administrativos del área.
Lo que harás:
- Apoyar los procesos de selección de practicantes (Administración de la plataforma SGVA (SENA), filtro de hojas de vida, coordinación de entrevistas).
- Gestionar y dar soporte en procesos de afiliación a seguridad social y actualización de datos.
- Apoyar la ejecución de actividades de bienestar y cultura organizacional.
- Brindar soporte en procesos de formación y desarrollo.
- Realizar tareas administrativas propias del área (archivo, generación de reportes, etc).
Lo que buscamos:
- Estudiantes de programas como Psicología, Trabajo Social, Recursos Humanos o afines.
- Conocimientos básicos en herramientas de ofimática (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Habilidades de organización, trabajo en equipo y atención al detalle.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Actitud proactiva, disposición para aprender y orientación al servicio.
- Capacidad para seguir procesos y lineamientos establecidos.
