 This role is responsible for accurately processing client attestation reports and ad-hoc requests, coordinating with upstream and client-facing teams, ensuring quality checks, managing inbox-driven deliverables, and supporting end-of-day operations while working within tight deadlines using MS Office tools

What you will be responsible for:

As  Apprentice you will:

• Process Daily/Weekly/Monthly Client Attestation Reports and Ad-hoc queries with 100% accuracy

• Follow up with the upstream team and communicate report status with the client-facing team or client as necessary

• Support team and perform quality checks as per procedure

• Monitor the team group inbox and prioritize requests based on client deadlines

• Work under tight deadlines and create customized templates in Excel and PowerPoint

• Check and hand over the EOD procedure to TLs according to the task

• Experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PDF)

• Willingness to work in shifts.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

•  Basic or intermediate Financial or Asset Management Certification.

Additional requirements:

• Demonstrate the ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain fast turnaround times (TAT)

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on service quality

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Strong PC shortcut skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe packages such as InDesign and Illustrator is good to have
