Guider un comité d'innovation dédié dans la définition des priorités stratégiques du pipeline sur trois ans pour les cafetières et accessoires commerciaux ainsi que pour le portefeuille hors domicile des marques de produits chauds, en alignement avec la feuille de route de nos homologues américains, les objectifs de l'équipe de marque canadienne et les besoins spécifiques de nos distributeurs et de leurs clients commerciaux; Manager, Away From Home Commercialization Lead the strategic planning and deployment of the complete KAD annual marketing & commercial strategies, including promotions, product introduction and on-premises brand activation plans in collaboration with Sales, External Brokers', Omni, Brand, RGM and the leadership teams to support commercial priorities Lead commercialization materials, programs, customer-facing tools, and go-to-market development. Manage budget planning, spend tracking, forecasting, and financial governance across all commercial marketing activities. Guide a dedicated innovation committee in framing the 3-year strategic pipeline priorities for commercial brewers & accessories and the AFH portfolio of Hot brands that aligns with US counterpart's roadmap, Canadian Brand Team's objectives, and the specific needs of our Distributors and their business customers. Work closely with the Innovation and cross-functional teams through the stage gate processes and own the successful channel launches supported by the right tools, assets, programs, and sales enablement materials. Develop periodic/quarterly promotional strategies and pay for performance programs that meet evolving financial and commercial requirements in strong collaboration with Sales, RGM, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain. Lead the strategic planning and deployment of the complete KAD digital ecosystem, including websites, portals, ordering platforms, ecommerce activation, paid search, digital shelf, and content strategies. Manage, report on KPI and drive with vision the evolution of the AFH digital ecosystem, including the commercial.keurig.ca website, the KAD Partner Insider Portal, the commercial ordering platform and other related digital solutions through various features enhancement, updates, content creation, campaigns and marketing tactics to increase traffic & transactions, including paid search, web banners, organic search, email marketing, social media amplification & other initiatives. Approve all KAD customer-facing messaging in compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements. Manage agencies, designers, production partners, and briefing processes while defining scope of work, budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Partner across Sales, Brand Marketing, RGM, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Omni, Business Intelligence, and leadership teams to ensure aligned execution and commercial success and to analyze insights, evaluate program performance, identify market trends, and recommend optimizations.. Oversee the execution of customer-specific marketing initiatives, including promotions, sales events, digital shelf, paid search and other ecommerce efforts on some of our larger KAD distributors' platforms, while tracking spend and supporting budget forecasting according to commercial playbooks and priorities. Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration. 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing or CPG commercialization. Good knowledge and understanding of the commercial distribution industry. Experience in planning, executing and evaluating promotional activities. Experience with launching products with success and navigating stage gate process. Experience in working as part of a cross-functional team and with creative & digital agencies. Experience with managing a team or coaching collaborators in reaching business objectives. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Bilingual: French (High writing proficiency) & English (Written & spoken). Great leadership with ability to generate trust with leaders & direct reports, to mobilize cross-functional teams and to drive engagement with stakeholders across multiple levels and functions of an organization to drive results. Strong project management, time management and organizational skills to lead complex processes. Passion for executing with excellence; results-oriented. Strategic thinking and ease to generate insights based on data. Capacity to build recommendations and to be comfortable taking decisions with calculated risks. Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced and changing environment. Because of the global and national scope of the role we are recruiting for above, as well as the cross functional needs required of this role, we have determined that French & English language (written and spoken) are required.
