Description
Join a regional dry van fleet offering weekly home time, no-touch freight, and a mileage-based pay package. This position is designed for experienced CDL-A drivers looking for consistent regional routes throughout the Southwest.
Home Time
- Weekly 34-hour restart
Pay
- $0.53 CPM on all dispatched miles (loaded & empty)
- Safety incentive: +$0.01 to +$0.03 CPM
- Average 1,800 miles per week
- Weekly direct deposit
Freight
- Dry van trailers
- No driver unload
- Primarily drop-and-hook freight

- Regional Southwest routes
Driver Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely and professionally
- Transport customer freight throughout the assigned region
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain electronic logs and required trip documentation
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must meet DOT qualification requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Additional Hiring Information
Drivers who have successfully completed the FMCSA SAP Return-to-Duty process may be considered provided all SAP requirements have been completed and verifiable Class A driving experience has been obtained after completing the SAP program. All applicants must meet company hiring guidelines.
