Role Summary

The Sample Coordinator Co-op position is responsible for the organization and management of samples within

the studio's creative processes. This role partners directly with cross-functional team members to receive samples

into the creative process on a biweekly basis, and manages all samples as they move through the process from start to finish.

This role will support both the Creative and Ecommerce Operations teams.

Role Responsibilities

  • Supports the Operations team with the creative and ecommerce sample turnovers to ensure all samples are correctly labeled and passed in a timely manner.
  • Accurately checks in and tracks samples in Shotflow and STEP through scanning and reporting.
  • Provides accurate SKU counts received for the Operations team.
  • Supports sample flow processes from when samples are received until imagery is captured.
  • Assists the Stylists and Styling Assistants with any sample-related questions and needs.
  • Acts as the point person for sample related needs from cross-functional partners.
