  • 3+ years of experience supporting laboratory data management, laboratory information systems, quality programs, public health programs, healthcare data systems, or laboratory support activities.
  • Familiarity with Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) standards and laboratory quality requirements.
  • Experience supporting laboratory information systems, laboratory data workflows, quality documentation, or reporting processes.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) concepts, quality assurance processes, and laboratory documentation practices.
  • Experience working with laboratory, surveillance, healthcare, or public health datasets.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

  • Experience supporting Quality Management Systems (QMS), laboratory accreditation activities, quality assurance programs, or laboratory quality documentation.
  • Experience supporting laboratory-surveillance integration, public health surveillance, epidemiological, molecular surveillance, or infectious disease programs.
  • Experience supporting HIV, sexually transmitted infection (STI), viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, or other public health laboratory programs.
  • Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, data analytics environments, or laboratory data modernization initiatives.
  • Experience supporting regulated, accredited, or compliance-driven environments.
  • Master's degree preferred.
