Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and identify areas for process optimization to enhance efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to report on project status and challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- Experience in managing project workflows and resource allocation within software engineering environments.
- Strong analytical skills to assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ability to work with various software tools to monitor and control project deliverables.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities to address technical and operational challenges.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
