Join Our Automotive Family — We’re Always Looking for the Right People
Taylor Automotive is always interested in meeting good people who care about doing things the right way.
Yes, automotive experience matters. Skill matters. But we are not just looking for the highest-level technician on paper. We are looking for people with integrity, humility, accountability, pride in their work, and a genuine desire to be part of a healthy team.
We may not have an immediate opening at the time you apply, and we may not reach out right away. But when the right person comes along, we pay attention. If you value honesty, craftsmanship, respect, and a strong work-life balance, we would still love to hear from you.
About Taylor Automotive
Taylor Automotive is a small, busy, independent repair shop in Hood River, Oregon. We primarily service American and Japanese vehicles, and we have built our reputation on quality work, honest communication, and treating people well.
We are not a high-pressure, corner-cutting shop. We believe in repairing vehicles correctly, supporting each other, and building long-term trust with our customers and our team.
Who Fits Here:
The right person for Taylor Automotive is someone who:
- Takes pride in doing good work.
- Tells the truth, even when it is uncomfortable.

- Wants to keep learning and improving.
- Cares about the quality of the finished job.
- Brings a positive, team-first attitude.
- Understands that character matters as much as capability.

Experience We Value
