We’re currently looking for a Member Engagement Manager on a full-time permanent basis. This position sits within the Member Engagement Team. This role will be based in our Cairo office, Egypt.
The Job
Reporting to Member Engagement Lead, Eurasia and Middle East, on a day-to-day basis, you’ll be involved in the following:
- Drive member engagement
- Support delivery of engagement and relationship strategies
- Organise networking and stakeholder events
- Manage member communications (social media, newsletters, updates)
- Support member retention initiatives
The Person
We’re looking for someone who:
- Experience in marketing, BD, or stakeholder engagement
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to plan and deliver events and campaigns
- Proactive, organised, and results-driven mindset
- Able to manage multiple priorities independently
