Join our team in Amanoi. Role
The Outlet Manager will lead the daily operation of assigned outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient team performance, revenue growth, and compliance with Aman standards.
Responsibilities
Manage daily outlet operations and maintain Aman service standards.
Support the F&B Manager and represent the department in meetings when required.
Prepare accurate reports, correspondence, and monthly outlet performance updates.
Assist in developing and implementing F&B policies and operational improvements.
Coordinate group dining, special events, and entertainment arrangements.
Ensure outstanding guest service by building relationships, handling requests, and resolving complaints promptly.
Identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Support the team during busy service periods and lead by example.
Promote hotel products and maximize revenue through upselling and suggestive selling.
Maintain thorough knowledge of resort facilities, menus, and services.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and emergency procedures.
Report hazards, incidents, and guest feedback in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance standards throughout the outlet.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong leadership, guest service, and team development skills.
Good knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and cost control.
Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
