The Merchant Affiliate Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing merchant partnerships and driving revenue growth. This position will focus on managing Edenred’s merchant partnerships and requires strong negotiation skills to secure favorable discounts, ensuring that merchants' vouchers are effectively marketed and sold to Edenred’s diverse client base. Additionally, this position involves collaboration with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to establish and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with the company’s long-term goals.  

Job Content

• REVENUE GROWTH:

  - Lead the achievement of ambitious revenue targets by assessing and adjusting merchant strategies.

  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify immediate business opportunities.

• MARKET ANALYSIS:

  - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities affecting merchant performance.

  - Provide insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

• CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION:

  - Work closely with internal teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless experience for merchants and clients.

• MERCHANT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:

  - Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure swift conversions and high client NPS scores

  - Grow and develop meaningful merchant relationships to penetrate Edenred sales and volume in Taiwan.

  - Lead solution discovery with key merchants and enhance relationship loyalty.

  - Make solution proposals utilizing Edenred products for strategic partners.(ex:white label,wallet system)

  - Identify product gaps to meet market opportunities and collaborate with internal teams for value-added services.

  - Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Position Requirement                       

•Over 8 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in relevant fields such as online travel agencies, e-commerce, e-vouchers, payment solutions, or loyalty programs preferred.

•University graduate; a major in business or related fields is preferred.

•High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

•Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contract terms.

•Ability to build win-win agreements to expand service coverage.

•Possess qualities to manage sales and collaborate in complex corporate environments.

•Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

•Familiarity with data-driven approaches to key account development.

•Strong analytical problem-solving skills.

•Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

•Good verbal and written proficiency in English and Mandarin.

•Respect for the multicultural nature of the organization and the ability to engage with a diverse community.          

•Proficient in Advanced Excel and Power Points

Position Requirement (Nice to have)

• Familiar with various tools to support data and reporting requirements (i.e Power BI modeling/Dashboards, Salesfouce)
