Description
Job Summary:
Provides administrative and operational support to the Fleet Department. Its main function is to ensure the proper flow of purchasing processes, documentation management, invoice tracking, coordination with shops and suppliers, and the preparation of reports to support fleet operation and maintenance.Job Description:
Maintain data and documentation across systems to ensure accurate, up‑to‑date operational and financial records.
Reconcile discrepancies across purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and other documents to ensure data consistency and transaction alignment.
Prepare standardized reports and statements to provide clear visibility into financial performance and operational status.
Coordinate with shops and suppliers to ensure timely availability of parts, materials, and services needed for uninterrupted fleet operations.
Follows established company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations.
Performs additional tasks aligned with role expectations and qualifications to support team goals and operational flexibility.
Participates in storm restoration tasks and assigned drills to contribute to the safe and reliable recovery of services.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
Experience
1 year in an administrative fleet role.
Competencies (Skills)
Proficiency in digital productivity tools and administrative software.
Experience with Financials Systems and/or Asset Suite (preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
High accuracy, confidentiality, and ability to work under pressure.
