What You'll Do
As a Sales Development Partner, you will:

Develop and execute strategies to grow your territory

Build strong relationships with business owners and partners

Stay informed on industry trends and adapt strategies to stay competitive
Qualifications

3–5 years of success in sales OR leadership

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to work independently while contributing to team success

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Health and Life Insurance Producer License (or willingness to obtain — license reimbursement available)
