About the Role

As the Dietary Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our dining services department while leading and supporting a team dedicated to providing exceptional care and hospitality. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys mentoring others, creating positive dining experiences, and maintaining high standards in both food service and resident satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and support the Dietary team
• Ensure smooth daily kitchen and dining room operations
• Interview, hire, train, and mentor team members
• Create staff schedules and ensure proper coverage
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and quality standards
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, portion control, and budgeting
• Coordinate special events and dining functions
• Conduct staff evaluations and ongoing education
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Resident Rights, and company policies
• Foster a positive and team-focused work environment
