The Key Purpose of the DTech Operations Specialist is to lead, coordinate and manage key BSC operational projects, activities and initiatives that advance the Business Service Centre's global excellence programs, AI and digital initiatives, and business continuity priorities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Managing and coordinating key DTech events and global excellence initiatives across Africa
Lead DTech Recognition and Awards programs
Support relevant Engagement initiatives across all teams in DTech
Managing and maintaining relevant performance metrics tracking, reporting and analysis, applying AI and automation tools to sharpen insight and efficiency
General administration activities (Calendar Management, Budgets, Claims, Procurement)
Preparation of stakeholder presentations
Managing and delivering key strategic projects and deliverables for the S&O Director, including global excellence and AI transformation initiatives
General office management activities
Develop, maintain and regularly test the Business Continuity Plan for the BSC
Drive a customer-focused mindset within the team
Agile ways of working which requires:
Ownership of work on the sprint backlog
Pushing the boundaries for excellent delivery
Focusing on root cause problem-solving
Using diverse and collective skills to support other members of the team

Comfortable adopting AI, digital and automation tools to support global excellence and business continuity initiatives
Minimum Requirements
Degree (any discipline is welcome) Preferable for an Engineer
PRP/Agile/Project Management Certification is an added advantage
At least one to two years of working experience is required
Computer Literacy – MS Office is essential, SAP is an added advantage
Experience on SAP or other EPB system would be considered an advantage
Advanced abilities on PowerPoint
Experience within the beverage, brewing or broader FMCG industry is highly advantageous
Exposure to global excellence, continuous improvement or AI/digital transformation projects is an added advantage
