Job Description
As an intern with the Portfolio Management team at CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust Management Limited, you will assist the team in their day-to-day operations including budgeting, portfolio matters and year-end reporting activities (e.g. annual report).
Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Assist in carrying out feasibility studies for new projects or initiatives
Provide support in preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting
Provide support in preparation of portfolio strategy plans
Assist in preparing presentation materials and reports
Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Banking & Finance, Business Management, Real Estate Business, or any other related disciplines
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Able to work well independently and in a team
Detail-oriented and meticulous
