Salary range (but not limited to):

69,200 - 84,600

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

7.5%

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.


About the role

Comme Expert en sinistres, équipe hybride, vous serez au cœur de ce que nous faisons le mieux : aider les gens. Vous travaillerez au sein d’une équipe passionnée et diversifiée d’experts en sinistre qui aident les clients à se remettre sur la bonne voie après un sinistre auto ou habitation.

Votre grand cœur et vos compétences impressionnantes seront un atout précieux pour notre équipe, et nous vous offrirons des occasions stimulantes d’enquêter sur des réclamations d’assurance auto, biens et des sinistres complexes et de les gérer pour nos activités d’assurance des particuliers.

Lieux:

Montréal (2020 Robert-Bourassa), Laval (600 Rue Lucien-Paiement), Québec (5700 Boul. des Galeries) ou St-Hyacinthe (2450 Girouard O)

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous

  • Traiter et gérer, au téléphone, des dossiers de réclamation en assurance automobile, biens et habitation, incluant notamment des sinistres liés à l’eau et au feu.
  • Ouvrir les nouvelles réclamations au téléphone avec les clients, puis assurer une prise en charge immédiate de la situation.
  • Analyser les informations recueillies, déterminer la recevabilité et enquêter les circonstances d'une réclamation afin d'en déterminer les causes et réviser l'évaluation des dommages.
  • Recueillir les versions des faits des assurés et/ou témoins en les interrogeant sur les événements.
  • Utiliser les outils de façon efficace.
  • Gérer efficacement de son bureau et ses priorités.
  • Vérifier les détails de la police de l'assuré pour déterminer la couverture.
  • Collaborer efficacement avec différentes équipes, notamment celles de l’évaluation, de la souscription et la subrogation.
  • Veiller à la gestion efficace des coûts.

Ce que vous mettrez à profit

  • Détenir un certificat d'expert en sinistres en assurance des particuliers.
  • Posséder au moins 1 à 2 ans d’expérience à titre d'expert en sinistres.
  • Démontre de l’agilité, de l’autonomie et de la proactivité dans la gestion de son plan de travail.
  • Votre curiosité et votre engagement.
  • Bien connaître les produits d’assurance.
  • Solides compétences en gestion du temps.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et verbale.
  • Avoir une bonne compréhension du processus de réclamation.
  • Maintenir un haut niveau de performance et de productivité. 
  • Bilinguisme (Anglais et Français) Capable d’interagir autant avec la clientèle francophone qu’anglophone au quotidien. Nécessité de traiter des dossiers de réclamations d’une clientèle anglophone sur une base régulière.
