About the role:
The Head of Boutique is the ultimate leader of the boutique business, responsible for defining and executing the commercial, client, people, and operational strategy to deliver sustainable growth and exceptional client experiences.
As the leader of the boutique management team, the Head of Boutique drives business performance, fosters a high-performance culture, and ensures the successful execution of CHANEL's vision and ambitions. Through strategic leadership, entrepreneurial thinking, and strong cross-functional collaboration, he/she elevates the boutique's impact while positioning CHANEL as the benchmark for luxury retail excellence.
The Head of Boutique leads through and develops the boutique leadership team, including the Deputy Head of Boutique and Boutique Operations Manager, to ensure outstanding execution, operational excellence, and client engagement across all aspects of the boutique.

What You Will Bring
Minimum 10 years of luxury retail leadership experience, including significant responsibility for business, people, and operational performance.
Proven track record of leading large, complex retail businesses and delivering sustainable commercial growth.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and translate strategy into action.
Demonstrated ability to lead through managers and build high-performing leadership teams.
Strong commercial acumen with expertise in sales performance, client development, and business planning.
Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision and operational execution.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
Deep understanding of luxury client expectations and premium retail environments.
Ability to drive change, transformation, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced business environment.
Fluency in both Thai and English with excellent communication skill
Willingness to work during retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays.
