- Tasks
- Support HS Strat by implementing select CFHS Campaign Plan objectives, in particular enhancing arctic military HS resources.
- Support the development and implementation of a DND/CAF Northern and Arctic HS Dual Use program, working with HC and other key stakeholders.
- Support HS Strat with the refining or renewal of the HS Modernization Strategy.
- Support HS Strat in provision of HS capability development advice.
- Support HS Strat with developing the strategy to advance Urgent Operational Requirements.
- Support HS Strat with needs analysis assessments, feasibility analysis, and initial concept development.
- Support HS Strat to respond to Level 1 force development initiatives and related HS efforts such as Defence Team Structure Design.
- Support HS Strat with any necessary joint doctrine updates.
- Support HS Strat with implementing DND/CAF Institutional Modernization initiatives.
- Provide advice to CFHS executive leadership such as DGHS and Commander CF H Svcs Gp, and other senior Health Services staff as required. Most advice will be presented to the Director level in a written format such as briefing notes, Nexus notes and power point presentations to communicate higher.
- Draft and present documents, reports, and assessments to provide advice for HS Strat, as required.
- Review relevant documents and reports and conduct consultations with staff and the pending project identification team to align them with the operationalization of Campaign Plan objectives.
- Engage with CJFC and operational support stakeholders as directed by HS Strat leadership to advance the HS operationalization agenda.

The Offeror’s proposed resource must be able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with minimal errors and without assistance. The resource must also demonstrate the ability to draft documentation and clearly articulate concepts in English.

The Offeror’s proposed resource(s) must possess post-secondary education, either a diploma, degree, or higher qualification, from a recognized Canadian institution or an equivalent qualification from an accredited international institution.
A copy of the resource’s diploma(s) must be included with the proposal.

The proposed resource must have at least one (1) year of experience within the last five (5) years using all of the following baseline Microsoft 365 applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
