Our Sales teams create and build our relationships with merchants. Together, we’ve helped big brands, local stores and neighborhood restaurants do over €15 billion’s worth of business through our platform. As our new Enterprise Sales Manager you’ll drive the growth of Wolt’s retail offering by acquiring strategic partnerships with new merchants. You’ll represent Wolt as a trusted partner in the retail space, shape our offering across multiple verticals, and build long-term value for both Wolt and our partners.

What you’ll be doing

As Enterprise Sales Manager, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of the enterprise sales cycle, from strategy and prospecting to contract negotiations and onboarding. You’ll identify high-potential retail partners, build strong C-level relationships, and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that support both growth and operational excellence.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

  • Define a sales strategy to achieve targets set by the management team
  • Build and systematically manage a pipeline of potential retail partnerships
  • Develop a strong understanding of the competition and retail market across multiple verticals such as supermarkets, health & beauty, florists, toys, and electronics
  • Target new enterprise-level partners in line with company strategy and market objectives
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including technical, legal, and financial aspects, from first contact to signed contract
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams on multinational prospects and larger partnership strategies
  • Identify innovative business solutions that create value for both Wolt and its partners

Our humble expectations 

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales experience, ideally within the retail industry
  • Strong understanding of business practices, enterprise decision-making, and market trends
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals and building partner portfolios from scratch
  • Consultative sales approach, able to tailor Wolt’s offering to different partners while demonstrating ROI
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and report on KPIs
  • Fluent in Slovenian and English, Serb or Croatian is an advantage
  • A natural hunter mentality with drive, ambition, and resilience
