Key Responsibilities
- Guide teams in applying best practices and producing high-quality, secure code.
- Organize training sessions to address code quality, vulnerabilities, and security concerns.
- Assist teams in analyzing and resolving complex engineering problems, performance issues, and risk mitigation.
- Lead initiatives to improve quality and performance, such as early testing, proactive maintenance, and compliance with security standards and regulations.
- Strong experience in C++/Python Or Java.

- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to guide and support teams in investigating and resolving complex engineering challenges.
- Proven ability to influence and facilitate adoption of new practices and tools.
