Finance - Accounting - P2 - IND

What you'll be doing

• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules with accuracy
• Support audits by providing required documentation and responding to requests
• Monitor transactions to ensure compliance with accounting policies
• Identify basic discrepancies and escalate issues as needed for resolution
• Assist in month-end and quarter-end close activities
• Maintain timely and accurate financial records in accordance with procedures

1. Timely and accurate invoice process.

2. Data entry and record keeping

3. Vendor relationship management.

4. Concur administration for T&E claims.

5. Reconcile Corporate credit cards charges.

6. Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes with vendors.

7. Assisting with Audit support as necessary.
