Job Details
Responsibilities:
Works with Sales department with regard to maintaining tariffs for their specific client billing needs,
Procures all the proper information/paperwork for updating customer files for special rates/routings/packaging/discounts for billing,
Interacts frequently with inter-departmental associates and management for the purpose of capturing all related costs for billing accuracy,
Prepare all adjustments(voids/credit memos) when necessary,
Communicates globally with other offices Performs related duties as assigned.
Education related to business administration, accounting, sales, computer sciences or similar vocations.
Work Experience:
1-3 years of experience working in an international business environment, related to either business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, customer support or similar. Experience in logistics or similar industry a strong advantage.
Experience directly related to Pricing, Billing or Accounting a strong advantage.
Skills and Knowledge:
SAP experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Works well under pressure and effective at meeting deadlines
Familiarity with global geographical locations, airport codes
Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Gross Salary Range (Monthly): €1,779.96 - €2,542.81
