Description
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for selling new vehicles to fleet accounts, including corporate businesses, government entities, and institutions. The role focuses on identifying customer transportation needs, building long-term relationships, and driving repeat and referral business while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell vehicles(Trucks) to fleet customers and achieve sales targets.
- Deliver vehicles and ensure customers understand features, warranty, and documentation.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Follow all required sales procedures and documentation standards.
- Identify and develop new fleet business opportunities.
- Maintain a structured follow-up system for repeat and referral business.
- Conduct daily prospecting through calls, visits, and networking.
- Prepare and track monthly sales forecasts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available inventory.
- Introduce customers to service teams to strengthen after-sales confidence.
- Attend scheduled sales meetings and training programs.
- Stay updated on automotive products and industry developments.
- Act in line with company values, policies, and safety standards.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
- Submit reports on lost deals, daily visits, and client meetings.
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Preferred, Diploma or Certification in Sales or Automotive Management and Training in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Minimum Experience, 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales, fleet sales, or B2B sales environment.
