Description
Work Setup: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 6:00 PM) | Full Onsite (Possibility of a hybrid setup)

Location: Makati
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for system enhancements, new applications, and process improvements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure applications meet business and operational requirements.
- Identify, document, track, and validate software defects, coordinating with developers, vendors, and stakeholders until resolution.
- Collaborate with IT and business users to understand system requirements, recommend quality improvements, and ensure adequate test coverage.
- Prepare testing documentation, test reports, and quality metrics while supporting continuous improvement of QA processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in software quality assurance, software testing, or IT application support. Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for Senior Associate or Executive levels.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies, defect tracking, and test documentation. Experience with test automation tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with enterprise applications, databases, or business systems; experience supporting accounting or audit-related applications is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
