A privately owned and family-managed fiduciary based in Geneva is looking for their new Wealth Planner.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients and intermediaries
- Provide tailored wealth planning solutions across trust, estate, succession, and asset structuring matters
- Manage and grow a portfolio of international private clients while ensuring high service standards
- Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to business development initiatives
- Leverage and expand an existing professional network of clients, advisors, family offices, and intermediaries
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including legal, tax, and fiduciary specialists
- Support marketing and client acquisition activities through networking events, presentations, and relationship management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on complex wealth structuring and fiduciary matters
- Monitor client needs and market developments to proactively identify tailored solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in trust, wealth planning, fiduciary, or private banking environments
- Strong expertise working with UHNW and international private clients
- Proven track record in relationship management and business development
- Established professional network within the wealth management, fiduciary, or private client industry
- STEP qualification is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial mindset combined with a client-centric approach
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are considered an advantage
