Description
Responsibilities:

Provide subject matter expertise for data center platforms, including server operating systems and virtualization environments
-
Manage and support day-to-day operations, administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure platforms
-
Act as a technical authority for platform architecture, design, stability, and lifecycle management across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments

Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, system optimization, and infrastructure modernization
-
Manage and support enterprise infrastructure components, including servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, backup solutions, network infrastructure, and data center facilities
-
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure high availability, scalability, and security of IT platforms

Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures
Requirements:
-
Strong hands-on experience in Linux operating systems (e.g., Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu) and network fundamentals

Solid experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, or similar platforms)

Proven experience in managing enterprise data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, backup, and networking

Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments and platform integration is an advantage

Experience in automation tools and scripting (e.g., Shell, Python, Ansible) is preferred

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
